What does the doxy.me Free plan include?
The Free plan covers the basics of a one-to-one video appointment.
You share your room link. Patients open it in their browser, follow the check-in instructions, and enter your doxy.me Waiting Room. You can see when they’ve arrived and start the call when you’re ready.
Patients don’t need to create a doxy.me account or download an app.
Free provides the connection. The Premium plan add tools that support the care you deliver through it.

Is the Free plan HIPAA-compliant?
Yes. HIPAA-compliant video appointments and a BAA are available on Free and Premium plans. You don’t need to upgrade to get a BAA.
The Premium plan expands your care tools and workflow options. The Free plan still includes the core protections needed for doxy.me’s telehealth service.
