The short answer
Doxy.me’s Free plan costs $0. The Premium plan costs $35 per user per month with monthly billing, or $29 per user per month with annual billing. Your total depends on your plan type and how many people are on it.
01
Plan prices, side by side
An annual price displayed “per month” is the monthly equivalent of a yearly subscription. You pay the annual amount, rather than that smaller amount each month.
For five billable seats on the Premium plan, the comparison looks like this:

When does billing start for a new seat?
Billing starts when you send an invitation to someone for a new seat, even if the person hasn’t accepted it yet.
The added seat is prorated for the rest of your current billing cycle. That means you pay for the remaining part of the billing period, rather than a full billing period.
What happens when you remove a user?
Removing a user makes their seat available for someone else for the rest of the billing cycle. Under the current user-management guide, seats that remain unassigned are automatically removed at the next renewal.
Removing someone doesn’t create a refund for the unused part of the current period.
The clinic user-management guide explains invitations, available seats, and user removal.
02
Charges beyond the subscription
A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is available at no extra cost on the Free and Premium plans.
The Premium plan includes access to clinical and workflow apps, including Scribe, CBT Activities, Whiteboard, and Teleconsent. Some services have separate usage or third-party charges:
*For example, 30 minutes of Interpreter use at $0.99 per minute costs $29.70, in addition to your subscription.
Any additional software, devices, and internet service remain separate from the doxy.me subscription.
03
Know what renews
Your subscription follows the monthly or annual billing option you choose. Added billable seats renew with it unless they’re removed.
You can manage, change, or cancel your subscription in the Subscription tab of Settings.
Cancellation and refunds are separate. Subscription fees are non-refundable, including unused time when you cancel or downgrade before the end of a billing cycle. Cancellation and plan downgrades happen at the end of your billing cycle. Emails are sent out in advance of a renewal with details on renewal amount.
